Can you email a prezi

I am trying to understand how the Prezi licensing works. If i want to create a Prezi and share it with a specific department within my organization, how is that licensed? Everyone other than the creator would just be viewing the Prezi, not creating or editing content. Please check this article for further information and let me know if you have more questions. I am able to send it out and my prezi preview shows up on their desktop but it always makes them request a demo or something like that.

I need to be able to send this to clients and I obviously cannot ask each client to create a prezi account. I would suggest generating a new link and making sure the computer and browser they are using meet the system requirements. If you need further assistance feel free to reach out to us. Hello MBolados , I merged your post with the relevant thread. If I share a link and make changes later, am I correct to assume the link will continue to work and the changes will be visible?

The changes will always be visible in the view link. Undergraduate Courses. Postgraduate Courses. Online Bootcamp Courses.

Invite others to work with you on your Prezi You can invite other people to work on your Prezi. In the Prezi you want to collaborate on, click the Share icon , then choose Share Prezi. So what to do? Thank you for answer, Veronika. This is nuts! And no support. Please help!!! Hi, I also have the same problem. It says that it will change it and sends an email to confirm it to my new address, but when I click the link it always says that the link has expired even though I just asked for it.

Can someone help? I have the same issue. Joined in with an EDU license, no longer work for that school and cannot change my email address.
